Fast reads？ Yup， but be warned， the Phoenix Heart tales are totally addictive。 Once you start following Sersha and Kazmerev’s adventures you’ll find it ridiculously hard to stop。 I meant to just read the first one and pace myself， but ending up zooming through episodes 1 to 3 instead。 They’re that much fun。 Notwithstanding my warning， though， it’s easy to highly recommend this series so far。

Another over-too-quickly instalment in the serial which builds on the first and lets us get to know the main characters better and introduces their （presumed） nemesis。 （Of course by the end of the serial they could all be on the same side， guess we just have to wait to see what comes next）。

Wonderful continuation of the series。 The characters get more complex as it goes along and the story keeps you enthralled until the very end。
